ENLISTED ELIGIBILITY Becoming an Enlisted Marine requires the ability to meet the highest standards of moral, mental and physical strength. It also requires completing an aptitude test, passing an initial fitness test and meeting certain eligibility requirements. Though your recruiter can tell you if you’re eligible to be a Marine, only 12 demanding hours of recruit training can determine if you’re capable of becoming one. Before you set down this path, contact a Marine Recruiter to explore your options, find out what’s required and learn how to prepare for the immense challenges ahead.

ENLISTMENT PROCESS The very first step in the recruitment process is by filling out an enlistment application [found below].
Once you have filled out your enlistment application, it will then be thoroughly looked over by one of our recruiters. If the recruiter examining your application finds you meet the requirements for enlistment, you will be accepted for the enlistment process. Your recruiter will then contact you in regards to your application. They will either contact you over Xbox Live, Discord or occasionally email if all other forms of communication do not work. Your recruiter will then inform you if you have met the requirements for enlistment. If you are accepted, you and your recruiter will schedule a set date for the initial appointment. You will be given a set time for the interview with your recruiter(s) who will be in a party, or a voice channel via Discord. On occasion the appointment may be located at the recruiters in-game office on GTA V Online. If all goes well, you will then be set up with Discord and assigned the role as poolee or recruit [depending if you are entering the "delayed entry program" or "direct ship"] within our server. You and your recruiter will communicate with one another within our Discord Server. You will be granted access to a specified channel called ["poolee channel" / "recruit channel"]. In this channel your recruiter will announce your ship out date for Recruit Training and any other functions in preparation for Boot Camp.
Nearing completion of Recruit Training at MCRD San Diego, you will have finally after hours of rigorous training, earned the title “Marine”. You will also be sworn in again and take the Oath of Enlistment. Then you will graduate from Recruit Training with your Recruit Training Battalion Commander giving you a job well done and congratulations on your achievement of becoming a Marine. If you happen to miss Recruit Training for personal reasons, please communicate with your recruiter or drill instructor if already shipped out. Unfortunately when these cases do arise, you will be recycled back to the next Recruit Class. If you are continuously absent from your assigned date, your enlistment contract will be terminated.
